Otto the basset was born on November 2nd, 2000. This makes him a millennium puppy, and also makes it very easy to remember how old he is. He's a native of Niagara Falls, Ontario where he spent the first 16 weeks of his puppyhood along with his brethren, most notably his sister. But this was just the beginning of his adventures!

It didn't take long before he captured the hearts of Frank and Tiffany. All it took was one picture sent over the Internet, and we were forever his slaves.
