Rouge and Jaxx are distant relatives of Otto. They live all the way in New Brunswick, taking care of their slaves Bill and Kendra (Bill is Tiffany's brother).

Rouge and Jax are distant relatives of Otto. And by distant, we mean that they're far away. They live all the way in New Brunswick, taking care of their wards Bill and Kendra. Unfortunately, this means we don't get to see them very often. But they're always in Otto's thoughts, right next to his other thoughts; "sleep" and "treats" and "walks".
