We already knew Otto was famous, but now he'll be famous FOREVER thanks to Tiffany's brilliant idea. This is by far the best birthday present Frank has ever received.

Tiffany was having a hard time coming up with a unique gift idea for Frank's birthday. Inspiration finally came, and the result is that Otto has now been immortalized as a gorgeous work of art. She had one of his early pictures transferred to a beautiful tapestry. It turned out absolutely perfect. This is, by far, the best birthday present Frank has ever received.
